- Building local capacity by providing training, mentorship, and leadership opportunities.

- Building on work in advancing equity initiatives within OSSTF.

- Modernizing OSSTF to be more member-focused and action-oriented.

- Investing in education and outreach to prepare the next generation of union leaders.
